Unfortunately, this is the third time you have paid for our catering services more than 60 days after the date of the invoice, despite our stated policy of payment within 10 days. As you can understand, a small business like ours must pay close attention to cash flow. Our suppliers demand cash up front, and we must have sufficient cash on hand to pay them.
